<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="4"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">泡茶方便、又能解渴,不就行了吗?可是,中国的茶人、文人就是有个“别劲”,要喝茶就要喝出点道道,例如,什么水泡茶好,唐代的陆羽考察过、记载过,这为明代茶人带来了便利。但是,什么茶壶泡茶好,能泡出原汁原味的好茶?这个课题陆羽就没有探讨过,那我就来找一找。这不是一二个人的心态,那时的茶人,尤其是文人都有这样的心理。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="4"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">例如,台湾历史学<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1ersonName w:st="on" productid="家徐鳌润">家徐鳌润</st1ersonName>先生在撰写宜兴“吴仕家谱”时就考证出,茶人吴纶因喜欢茶,而发现紫砂壶煮茶很好,于是他监制紫砂壶,继续他的煎茶、煮茶法。其子吴仕也是一位“茶痴”,他对父亲不听朱元璋诏令坚持煎茶法很是不满,于是在吴纶进京之际,自己到大潮山寺为母亲守丧期间,就设计“适于泡茶的壶”,并请来陶工做出了“紫砂样品壶”,籍以推广泡茶法。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
