紫砂文化从何时肇起?

<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 18pt; mso-char-indent-count: 1.5"><font size="4"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">中国茶文化史上有两个划时代的人和事。一是唐代的陆羽和他写作的《茶经》。陆羽总结了历史的煮茶法,提倡煎茶法,把茶事生活提升到生活艺术化的文化境界。作为茶事到宋代又从煎茶法发展到一脉相承的点茶法。所谓一脉相承是指都是以做团茶、用团茶为基本特征。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><font size="4"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">第二位就是明太祖朱元璋和他下诏废团茶引来的茶文化的历史性变革。这个历史性的变革使茶农制茶由复杂而辛苦的团茶制作,转变为相对简易的散茶生产,茶人的品茶由繁琐的煎茶法,转换为“简便易行”的泡茶法。这不仅改变了明代的饮茶方法,而且影响至今,甚至以致永远。后人对其评价说:“上以重劳民力,罢造龙团,惟采芽茶进。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">……</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">按加香物,捣为细饼,已失真味</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">……</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">。今人惟取初萌之精者,汲泉置鼎,一瀹便啜,遂开千古茗饮之宗。”明代兴起的泡茶法,“简便异常,天趣悉备,可谓尽茶之真味矣。”这种瀹饮法实际上是对古代就存在于民间的散茶法的回归、发展。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
