刘老根会馆四合院的命名全部都是与本山传媒拍摄过的影视剧和二人转有关，分别叫“刘老根大院”“乡村爱情大院”“马大帅大院”“乡村名流大院”“二人转大院”和“刘老根八大锅大院”。四合院的对联也很搞笑，如“乡村爱情大院”的对联是：“谈情说爱费脑筋，吃饱肚子才能行。”“马大帅大院”的对联是：“热情好客马大帅，伴您升官又发财。”

<p>刘老根会馆的菜式以东北菜和粤菜为主，菜价也属于中高档，如八大锅中的笨鹅炖土豆售价129元，肥牛炒猴子腿66元，其中“八大锅”为会馆推荐的特色菜品。此外，还有“王小蒙豆腐”、“首长保健菜”、“梅花鹿鞭”等菜式。本山传媒宣传负责人吕先生介绍，有些菜式连他都没见过，都是厨师研发出来的，“我们这里的厨师有东北来的，也有广东来的，都是一流的水准。”</p>

刘老根会馆最贵的菜大概2000元左右，基本上都是成本偏高的海鲜。

赵本山的私人飞机，除了自己使用，也出租经营.<br/>　刘老根会馆以“中高档特色餐饮”为经营理念。会馆的主楼是一栋三层高的复古建筑，由6个错落有致的四合院组成，取“六六大顺”的好兆头。食客除了在这里吃饭，还可以喝茶、聊天、品味原汁原味的东北文化。在会馆主建筑的正对面打造成了一个“文化广场”。观众来到这里除了欣赏刘老根大舞台的二人转表演以外，还可以在广场上欣赏一些极具东北特色的踩高跷、扭大秧歌等东北风情的文艺演出。
