&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 老紫砂兄：<br/>下午好<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 你作为协办单位与参展藏品，都有着严格的要求与烦琐的程序,兄为了这次展览要付出的够多了,本来不想再添什么麻烦了!<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “ 藏品复检和布展、撤展中发生的交通、食宿费用需藏家自理。”这对藏家而言根本不会去考虑那些费用 ，本人也多次参加过各种收藏品展出和接受过电视台采访 ，2004年4月16日晚上9:30在杭州西湖明珠电视台拿着紫砂壶也和观众见过面 ，但作为藏家 ，不会去考虑那些费用 ，考虑的是把自己的藏品奉献给大家参观欣赏后 ，能在老态龙钟的时候给自己留个美好的怀念 ，我代表奉献藏品的藏友向老哥提个建议 ，浙江博物馆可否给提供藏品的藏友送个小小的记念品-------最好是一张藏品参展的证书 ；

<p>本次紫砂特展，是民间紫砂收藏品第一次大规模走进国家级重点博物馆，也是我国首次举办省级民间紫砂联展，这是一场紫砂的盛宴、文化的盛宴，我们诚挚邀请并热烈欢迎民间收藏家参与本次活动，共襄盛举，分享快乐。</p><br/>
<p>展品征集日程：</p><br/>
<p>一、即日起至9月8日止为报名、初选阶段</p><br/>
<p>1、华夏紫砂博物馆负责展品征集、初选工作，凡符合征集条件并且愿意参加本次活动的藏家均可报名，报名电话0571-87558406或手机13905713980，联系人：李长平</p>
<p>2、请藏家统计出拟参展藏品的数量，制作《候选展品目录》，逐一注明藏品的名称、年代、尺寸（高、宽）、款识、铭文等基本资料，并配200字以内的文字说明（用于制作图录）。展品曾被图录、刊物著录的，请予以注明。</p>
<p>3、《候选展品目录》与照片一起发送到电子邮箱：laozisha@gmail.com。每件藏品需提供正反面、俯视、壶底和盖内五张照片，照片必须清晰，每张尺寸压缩为200k左右。</p>
<p>4、本次展览一共征集展品200件（套），在确保老、真、美的原则下，年代早的优先、稀有品种优先、品相好的优先、与浙江文化有关的优先。</p><br/>
<p>二、9月中旬为复检、拍照阶段</p><br/>
<p>1、浙江省博物馆将邀请有关专家对通过初选的展品进行复检，并确定最终参展展品。</p>
<p>2、专家来杭时间确定后，我们会通知藏家将通过初选的展品送到杭州指定地点请专家复检。</p>
<p>3、复检确定为展品的器物当场拍照，用于制作图录。</p>
<p>4、拍照登记完成后，展品由藏家领回。</p><br/>
<p>三、11月下旬为布展、开幕阶段</p><br/>
<p>1、本次展览的展品与图录内容需一一对应，确定参展并收入图录中的藏品，藏家必须保证参加11月份展出。</p>
<p>2、藏家按约定时间（具体时间另行通知）将复检确定的展品送至浙江省博物馆展厅，与浙江省博物馆办理展品交接手续。</p>
<p>3、撤展时凭有关手续向浙江省博物馆领回展品。</p><br/>
<p><b>特别说明：</b>本次活动展品征集、专家鉴定、展厅布置、广告宣传、图录出版、场地管理和举办开幕式、紫砂学术论坛、紫砂专题讲座等费用由浙江省博物馆和华夏紫砂博物馆分担，藏家朋友无需为此支付任何费用。但藏品复检和布展、撤展中发生的交通、食宿费用需藏家自理。</p><br/>
