<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">紫砂泥添加料事涉两点疑问:一是“茶汤品质”,二是“饮用安全”,也就是有害没害问题。“堵江华谈话记录”仅谈了“饮用安全”问题,我以为事涉“茶汤品质”的问题,是不应该“忽略”的。作为紫砂教授堵江华先生,我想是不会不谈“添加化工料对茶汤品质”有无影响的问题的,因此,我这篇短文想同“堵江华谈话记录者”商榷。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">人们喜欢紫砂壶的“本”、“根”,是它为目前茶具中能泡出“原汁原味好茶的首选”,“紫砂壶泡茶最好”成了中国茶人的文化符号。对紫砂壶这一品质的认知,中国茶人经过了</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">600</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">年的历史。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">紫砂壶“泡茶最好”来自于黄龙山的紫砂泥。现在添加了不少“外来料”,就和紫砂书上自豪的讲</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"> </span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">“外地也有类似的紫色泥料,但它们难以同黄龙山的紫砂泥相比”发生了碰撞。若加了那么一点点就把黄龙山的泥改成了“外地类似料的结构”,那么这加了料的泥岂不成了“外地”类似料?那么,宜兴黄龙山紫砂泥的优势岂不是没有了?若加了那么一点点就使得紫砂壶把“泡出原汁原味好茶”的品质改变了,那么宜兴紫砂壶就失去了它的根!这自然要靠科学、靠实验、靠数据,哪一个人说了也不算!!</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">先看有形的:茶经过三泡以后,黄龙山砂泡的茶,其叶底鲜爽、整洁,清新如第一泡;其茶汤,淡绿、清净而透明,“第三泡”的茶汤仅比“第二泡”色泽淡一些。而其它料泡得茶,其叶底有发粘、发暗的明显感觉;其茶汤则比“第二泡”显得浑浊、昏暗。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New="New"  Roman'">再试试品茶的感觉:一次,他请宜兴的陶艺家朋友品茶。那位朋友品了品茶问道:“这茶为何入口微甘微绵,和我平时品的宜兴碧螺春的感觉不一样?”“哈哈,这是因为你身在宜兴,做紫砂壶加料加习惯了,反而不用黄龙山原矿砂壶泡茶!如同那则故事:喝惯了假茅台,当偶尔喝真茅台时,反倒说是喝了假酒。”<st1ersonName w:st="on" productid="王祥">王祥</st1ersonName>先生在多种茶的试验和反复体验中,明显的感到用黄龙山原矿料做的壶品茶,有越品越柔润越淳厚越甘甜的心得。用一句时髦的话说:“不一样,就是不一样!”</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
