近来原宜兴紫砂“一厂”“厂货”大热，全国各地紫砂爱好者蜂拥丁山，重又追捧和热议原紫砂“一厂”八十年代出口正宗老产品，真应了一句老话“烈火真金”“物极必反”。
    上世纪五十年代政府为了重振民族传统工艺，更为了出口换汇支援国家建设，调集了宜兴当地所有最优秀的制壶人才和集中了最优质资源组建了宜兴紫砂工艺厂。在以紫砂泰斗顾景洲为首七老艺人的指导和带教下，长年来在生产上严把原料关，质量关，在经营上规模化集权化，严格实行包销和代理制度，几十年来质量绝对保证，经营上有序有方，工厂产品几乎全部免检出口五湖四海，或出厂大江南北，深得客户喜爱而供不应求。在国内外享有极高声誉，不愧为宜兴的一张名符其实的名片，真正是一壶难求。
    宜兴紫砂行业的所有大师高工或略有名望的制壶艺人几乎都出于“一厂”之门，可见影响之极意义深远了。宜兴“紫砂一厂”在辛勤耕耘几十年中把宜兴几百年紫砂事业推向了一个史无前例的高度，让宜兴紫砂更是名扬四海，千古流芳，宜兴紫砂今天在全国全世界普及推广确实功不可抹。
今天出了个“紫砂门”事件，全中国都闹得沸沸扬扬，众说纷纭，宜兴紫砂声誉一落千丈，名声也不太好听了，确实令人万分痛心和无奈，在严峻的现状下宜兴政府已经引起了高度重视，积极着手于正本清源，治理整顿，盼望能早日还宜兴紫砂一个原来的面貌。
    宜兴“紫砂一厂”由于客观原因解体已经多年，但它以往成功的经验和有方有序的经营之道让人仍记忆犹新，规章制度严密而又科学，经营思路有序而又超前，实践证明行之有效。为之建议能否回顾一厂那段历史和过程，总结一下有否可以借鉴之处，取长补短，亡羊补牢。
    其实成功的经验也是一种财富，一厂经验更是另类的文化遗产。
